Products, brands, models, and photographs shown on this site are examples of the types of items we carry. Inventory varies by store and changes frequently. Items shown here may not be in stock at a particular location, and items may be available by special order.

Colors and finishes may appear differently on your screen than in person. Please contact a store to confirm current inventory before visiting.

Any price, payment amount, or promotional information shown on this site is for general reference and may change without notice. Payment amounts for a rental-purchase transaction are set out in the agreement you sign in store, not on this website. This site does not quote binding prices or payment obligations.

If information on this site contains an error, we may correct it. Nothing on this site is an offer to rent or sell a product on the terms displayed.

Submitting an online application is a request for us to review your information. It does not create an account, approve you, reserve a product, or guarantee availability. Approval decisions are made by store personnel based on our ordinary review process, and additional information or a visit to a store may be required.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and complete, and that you will tell us promptly if something changes.

The terms of any rental, lease, or purchase of products are governed by the separate written rental-purchase agreement between you and Tel-⁠A-⁠Rent Inc., together with applicable law. If anything on this website appears to conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls. These website terms do not change, replace, or add to any obligation under that agreement.

You agree to use this site lawfully and to provide truthful information in any form you submit. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under any account or application you submit from your device, and for keeping your own device and login credentials secure.

The Tel-A-Rent name, logo, page designs, text, and photographs on this site are owned by Tel-⁠A-⁠Rent Inc. or used with permission. Product names and brand marks belong to their respective owners. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, republishing, or commercial use requires our written permission.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this site or its systems, submit false or misleading information, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the site’s operation, use the site to harass or defraud anyone, or use it in violation of applicable law.
